Description Of Issue
I am not seeing the ability to execute the following Tidal Collections feature from within Roon, I do not see the Collections header, this is how it is described in the Roon user guide under Tidal:

“Just open the TIDAL browser in Roon and click the Collections header. You can click the genres that interest you, and Roon will add a collection of albums from each selected genre as favorites to your TIDAL library. These albums are not stored on your hard drive, and you can always later.”

That shouldn’t be in the guide as it was withdrawn ages ago.

thank you, I guess I’m not crazy after all:)

It would be helpful if you posted the link you found this with, then @support can change it.

Hi @gerard_bodell,

@ged_hickman1 is correct here, TIDAL collections are no longer part of Roon, I can let our Knowledge Base team to update our docs with this info.

Where exactly did you see this being mentioned in our docs? I am able to find one reference of this here https://kb.roonlabs.com/TIDAL but if you saw it anywhere else, please let me know, thanks!

thank you, yes, your link is where I still see the instructions for “Tidal Collections”
