Tidal connection not updating

Had to rebuild the Netgear router today due to a power outage. Seems to have affected Roon (v1.8, build 918 latest update today.)

(image 1) You can see the History playlist is no longer available.

(image 2) You can see that Tidal is not a connected service (have updated Tidal)

(image 3 & 4) You can see that Roon indicates a successful login but the Services screen looks exactly like image 2
