I am also experiencing issues with adding tracks to my tidal library. I can add albums, but not individual tracks. The issue is present whether I try to add from my windows roon remote, or iOS.

Something I am noticing is that tracks that I attempted to add via roon are showing up in my list of tracks in Tidal, but they are not actually added to my collection (the heart is not filled in in the Tidal UI).

This is the same issue I am having. I can add tracks from Roon to Tidal, but they won’t show up in Roon. It will error out or do something weird, but if I go directly to Tidal, it’s all there.

Albums that I had for years from Tidal were removed from Roon library. And even though I try to add them back (and they are available from Tidal), Roon will not let me add them to the library. It often says “this album was not found.” I’ve lost a lot of favorited songs.

Any updates of sync with Tidal? Its not fixed here, everytime I add an album from Tidal its deleted. And almost 2.000 albums from my collection are still missing. I’m only using Qobuz.

I know you are trying to help, but I don’t understand the post. Is this very thread which we are now in, which is all about Tidal not working properly in Roon, not the right place to talk about it? It should be in Feedback or Roon Software Discussion? If so, which thread? Sincere thanks!

It is the right thread. The question was,

Therefore, I posted the link to the latest update on the issue, which happens to be just a few posts further up. And it says that they are working on it but is not fixed yet, so it is not surprising that it still happens for affected users.

It would be really helpful if Roon could maybe sponsor a free month of soundiiz for Roon users to help sync over stuff. This has been a few week in the making and and my stuff is all out of whack. Soundiiz would make syncing everything back up really easy.

Creo que sigue vigente una oferta de prueba gratuita durante dos meses de Qobuz. En mi caso al ver que esto iba para largo (no sincronización de favoritos con Tidal e imposibilidad de añadir nuevas pistas de Tidal a la biblioteca), me decidí a probar Qobuz y para traspasar la biblioteca de Tidal a Qobuz usé Soundizz por tan sólo 5 euros. Ahora añado las pistas desde Qobuz y se sincronizan perfectamente con la biblioteca de Roon.

I think a two-month free trial offer of Qobuz is still in place. In my case, seeing that this was going to be a long time (no synchronization of favorites with Tidal and impossibility of adding new Tidal tracks to the library), I decided to try Qobuz and to transfer the Tidal library to Qobuz I used Soundizz for only 5 euros. Now I add the tracks from Qobuz and they sync perfectly with the Roon library.

just moved to lifetime subscription and bought nucleus one.
After some serius money spend I lost 60% of albums from tidal!

The team will shortly release the additional fix for this issue into Early Access. We will post here once the Early Access update containing the fix is available for download. If you would like to test the fix, please follow the instructions detailed in this guide to migrate your Roon devices to the EA track.

From there, the fix will be included in an upcoming Roon update.

I have yet to see any updates on this issue. It is very frustrating. When is the fix coming? Tidal is the only music streaming service that I use with Roon, so if it is not syncing, that diminishes the value of Roon to me. Customers who have been in this position for several months should receive some sort of compensation while the issue remains unfixed.
