After I updated to build 204, Roon reimported all my Tidal albums, and the Roon data associated with these albums - play count, cover art, etc. - is missing. The albums now appear as though they had been newly added to my library from Tidal.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Any idea how I might recover the missing data?
Hey @Jesse – that’s surprising, thanks for letting us know. Has anything else changed with regards to your TIDAL membership, or your Roon configuration?
Can you confirm what you’re seeing in Settings > Library > Library Maintenance? I’d be interested to know whether you’re seeing high numbers there.
It would be great if you could also provide some logs for us – instructions are here. Thanks!
Hey @mike, thanks for looking into this issue. I just shared my logs with community@roonlabs.com using Dropbox.
I haven’t made any changes to Tidal or Roon recently, although I did clean up my library a short time before upgrading to build 204. Currently, Library Maintenance shows 266 deleted files available to be cleaned up. These are probably Tidal tracks I’ve removed in the last week or so.
