Description Of Issue

I logged into Roon today and Tidal has disappeared. I tried to log into Tidal in Roon app and it says my username or password is incorrect. I’m able to login to the Tidal website with those credentials, but not Roon.

It’s always worth rebooting the core, if you haven’t done so and retry.

This happened to me before and a reboot sorted it.

As John suggested, a reboot of the Core machine will often resolve this type of issue. Please give this a try and let us know if it helps. Thanks!
