Tidal does not connect to roon

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

MacOS 10+, Roon Core the latest version. Tidal account is active via the Tidal app.
Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
wifi. 140 Mb/s

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
WiFi, Roon Ready
Cambridge CXnV2

The core does not show any content after logging in to my account. The same issue is with Qobuz. I tried to restart it many times. The list is empty.

Hello @Anna_Koroleva and welcome to the community! I’d like to know more details about your network environment such as what router you’re using, if you have any switches, etc. Also, have you disabled your firewall temporarily to see if that helps? Disable antivirus? If both services aren’t working for you I’d like to investigate whether or not something is blocking you on the network.
