Hi, it is two days that I don‘t get any Tidal album to play through Roon. When I use my Tidal App on any device it works, so it is not a problem of the Tidal subscription. Does anyone else have this problem? Any fixes?
Sign out your tidal account in Roon. Then add it back in and see if this helps. If not try deleting the tidal cache.
- Shutdown your Roon Core
- Find and open your Roon database
- Navigate to
- Move the contents of the
/Cachefolder elsewhere, like your desktop
- Try restarting Roon and syncing Tidal
How do I sign out of Tidal in Roon?
Go to settings/services
