Tidal eror message

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Brand new Nucleus.

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
EERO

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
HDMI to Marantz.

Description Of Issue
Brand new launch - Roon Radio and my files play but Tidal gives me the error message tracks not available.

I had no issue when I used my MAC as core - but now the new Roon wont play Tidal - I know I am set up correct and current OS as I have music playing.

Most likely a DNS issue, but I’ve moved this to the #support:nucleus-support area and support should pick it up pretty soon

Thanks - i now have access to most of the Tidal library but a select still error - example Ed Sheron new release covers album.

Also -i need the code for the purchase of the nucleus rebate

Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Are you only receiving this error with certain albums — Everything else is okay?
