Any Tidal tracks just keep loading and never start playing. Any ripped CDs play perfectly fine. I’ve tried logging out and back in, restarting everything, but no success. The Tidal app works fine.

Hi @Kiril_Dunn,

Is there any change in behavior if you reboot your Core PC? I would also try clearing out the Cache folder using the following instructions:

  • Find and open your Roon database
  • Navigate to Roon/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs

If the behavior is still the same afterwards, you can try logging out and back into TIDAL in the Settings -> Services menu. Does this help?

Thanks indeed for the reply. Moving the cache folder solved the issue - logging in and out of Tidal and rebooting had no effect.
