· PSAUDIO AIRLENS. EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS, ALL OTHER ALBUMS WORK. JUST A FEW SONGS FROM FEW ALBUM DON'T WORK ON ROON BUT TIDAL.

Hi, I think I clicked "Collect" the song that i like on Tidal on my desktop at work. and When i'm using Roon to play music at home. all of my favorites songs that i think i clicked "collect" show "unavailable" on roon but my tidal in my office desktop still can play these songs. You can look into my account, search for Eric Clapton, album "Clapton". You will see. Please show me how to play these songs on roon again. Thank you.

Thanks for taking the time to write in and share your report! Welcome to the community as well, we’re excited to have you here!

Since you are using a Windows PC, I would verify that both Roon.exe and RAATServer.exe have been added as exceptions to your Windows firewall.

You can use these instructions to add the exceptions and the executables themselves would be located in your Database Location/Application folder path.

I would also add these exceptions to any Antivirus or other Firewall blocking applications you may have and ensure that you connected to your network via a Private network, not a Public one, see this guide for more information.
