Tell us what's going on
· I have a Nucleus and use an SMSL DDC to create an RCA input for my DAC. Everything works well and has done so for months. Just updated to the latest software version. Qobuz works perfectly. Tidal nearly does. It loads everything bar my Favourites. I get an error message saying it can't load the data. No internet signal. But clearly there is as everything else loads and it plays music.
Tell us about your home network
· My Ethernet signal goes to a Router supplied by Gigaclear. There is then a 7m Cat 6 cable to the Nucleus One and then through a SMSL DDC to convert USB to RCA Coax for my DAC
