Thank you for your post.

When you mention Tidal files aren’t available, do you mean they’re actually listed as Unavailable within Roon, or are you having problems with playback?

Please first try signing out and back into Tidal in Roon Settings → Services directly. From there, reboot your RoonServer machine.

Do you have any issues if you sign into the Tidal app or web account page directly?
