Tidal is not playing at high resolution through roon despite having tidal hi res accunt and conforming the tracks are high res

Hi @Roman_Benvenuti,

We’ll need additional information to take action on this report - please include a screenshot of the Album Page, including the format, for the content in question. The Signal Path you’ve shared indicates that RoonServer was served 16-bit, 44.1KHz content directly from Tidal’s servers - Roon itself is not imposing any restrictions on content format here.

If your Tidal account was upgraded to hi-res within the last 24 hours, it can take some time for updates to sync between servers.

Also check your setting in Roon > Settings > Services > Tidal > Edit > Streaming Quality. Set it to Max.
