Tidal integration broken

I seem to have a problem with the Tidal integration. Tidal albums in my library are appearing normally but when I switch to the Tidal view inside Roon no albums appear. Playlists do appear.

When selecting an album to play from my library I get the message: “Unexpected error, limiting Roon radio to library only”.

Search is unusable slow, presumably because of the same issue.

My network connection is super fast and working properly.

Any ideas?

A few things you can try before support pop along.

Signout from your Tidal account in Roon and then reconnect, this can sometimes help.

Delete the Roon cache

  1. Quit Roon (or RoonServer)
  2. Find and open your Roon or RoonServer folder
  3. Locate and delete only the cache folder ( Roon/Cache )
  4. Restart Roon

Thank you very much @CrystalGipsy I rebooted my ROCK and that seems to have done the trick.

I’m having this issue quite regularly these days.
