Tidal - INVALID_MEDIA_SESSION_ID

I subscribed to Tidal for the free 30 day period and used Roon to successfully play music. The trial lapsed while I was away, and I have just subscribed. I have successfully logged in using the Roon settings and can see my favourites, and browse the Tidal library. However, I am unable to play any music. When I looked at the logs on my ROCK I see the following:

I have checked my subscription status at Tidal - all is fine. I can play music through the Tidal iOS app and also play Tidal through my Naim using the Naim application, so the issue seems confined to Roon.

I have a dedicated Intel i7 NUC with 8Gb RAM and 222Gb SSD. The issue occurs irrespective of audio device and client.

Re-booting the NUC is always a good idea. If that doesn’t work we’ll flag support directly.

Sorry, forgot to say that I’ve already rebooted NUC, and also tried logging out and back into Tidal.

What DNS servers are you using in your router? We have seen users have a better TIDAL experience in the past if they change their DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Google DNS or Cloudflare DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?
