Tidal Issue - Cannot Login [Resolved]

Hi , I have been travelling for two weeks and have returned to find that I cant sign into Tidal on Roon. Tidal is showing as “not configured” and when I enter my credentials it says “bad username or password”. However these are the same credentials I am using on my phone and they also work perfectly on any PC if I go to the Tidal website

Try restarting your Roon Core Service.

Moving forward, I would strongly recommend giving the advise offered by @Tech_Whisky_Lab (:thumbsup:) a go and if that does not yield a positive result, would you mind going into the database on your Core and delete the following file:

Database/Registry/Core/tidal_account

You can find information about where to find your database here. Let us know how it goes.
