Tidal Landing Page New Albums not updating in Roon [Ticket In] (ref#3A3SAP)

@benjamin Thanks for the update. I appreciate the problem may not be at your end and Roon is a casualty of this. I’m not sure if support staff carry out any daily technical checks? It would be great to be proactive for any issues. I’m not aware of a service status page for Roon? At least Roon end users will get a head’s up for technical issues…Excuse me if there is as I’m new to joining Roon. As I write this the issue has still not been fixed. But as per your message hopefully will be resolved within the next 24 hrs.

Unfortunately this is happening more and more. It’s 9pm here in the UK and none of the new releases I want to listen to are in roon.

So again having to use tidal app.

Moving to Tidal btw is fine for on the move listening. But when I’m home and want to listen on the main system it has to be via Roon…

No new albums in Roon synced with Tidal since August 15.

Nothing here either. As others have said, 15 Aug was the last update.

An update from me.
On the Roon homescreen under the section New Releases for you. I can see new recommended albums being listed with release dates newer that August 15th. So that’s an improvement.
Under the Tidal link on the Roon homescreen, then What’s New > New Albums. The new releases are still not being listed. The latest still being August 15th. So the issue has still not been fixed.
Also anything new I added within the Tidal app is still not being synced by Roon.
Hoping they will fix!

Still not working for me.

Some progress for me, in that new Tidal albums now appear in Roon. But I also have the same problem Kerry_Davies has, where my new Tidal favorites are not being synced in Roon, nor are new Tidal playlists being updated or synced. But on top of that, in Roon, when I add a new (here, Sept. 5) Tidal album to my library, Roon successfully adds it—for about 5 seconds. Then Roon immediately (5 seconds later) deletes it, and tells me that it’s deleted it, without any action by me. And when I look in Settings-Library-Library-Clean up library, I can see that the album I tried to add are represented in “Clean up xx deleted files,” where xx equals the number of tracks on the added-then-deleted album.

The issue persists. On the Tidal in Roon’s main page, the new albums still aren’t displayed; there’s simply nowhere to look for information on new releases. The Tidal in Roon section itself needs an update, as it contains many sections that have long been unsupported.

I see the same thing. But I have to say, for all of Saturday it was fixed for me, it showed the new albums normally. Now it’s back to the situation it was before and that you show in this screenshot with the new albums stuck at the 15 august date.
