Did you connect Roon to your Tidal account? This can be done under settings → services.

Welcome to the forum. Can you please provide some more details on what exactly you are seeing on your end? Are you unable to play any TIDAL content or does the TIDAL content doesn’t match what you have in the TIDAL app? If you can provide some clarification, it would be appreciated, thanks!
