Tidal logged in but not playing while local storage works fine (ref#3M7A2W)

I have problem with start music, Tidal is login but dont play music. Music from storage is plaing corectly.

Welcome to the forum! Can you please confirm you have the highest streaming quality set in Roon Settings → Services → TIDAL → Edit → Streaming Quality? Also, are you able to properly use the TIDAL app or TIDAL web player (listen.tidal.com) to hear full-length tracks using your TIDAL account?
