Hi, I have an issue with logging in Tidal.

It is appeared "Tidal login failed" notification after I try to login through Roon app settings/services/Tidal.

Describe your network setup

Roon server is insalled on NAS (Synology NAS918+, DSM 6.2.2-24922 Update 6)

Managing by clients on Windows 10 app/Mobile android app

GPON router INNBOX G84 (v3.0)->Tp-link switch (TL-SG108)->NAS

Thanks for writing in to let us know about this issue. Please use the steps below to clear the Tidal cache on your NAS server.

  • Stop Roon Server from running in the Web UI
  • Find and open your RoonServer database
  • Navigate to RoonServer/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon Server via the WebUI and verify if the issue still occurs

Once you’ve done that can you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader if the problem persists?
