Tidal login failing - even changed password

Mac OS Lion

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Apple airport etremme

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

This is regarding Tidal service - not able to log in

Description Of Issue

Hi,

My Tidal Hifi account is no longer valid in ROON. After I even reset my password (and tested these log in details in a browser), ROON still claims it’s not valid.
Help appreciated.

Have you tried rebooting the the Roon Core?

As Carl suggested, a reboot will often resolve this type of issue. Please give this a try and let us know if there is any change.
