My Tidal login does not work in Roon, yet I can log into the Tidal website with the same credentials.
Have you rebooted the roon server?

I would definitely try rebooting your Roon Core and networking gear as the first troubleshooting step. If the login still does not work after this, please try it on the TIDAL web player (listen.tidal.com) to confirm that this works.
