Tidal login in Roon service

Hello

Please can you help. I have lost Tidal from Roon suddenly. I can access my Tidal account through safari however if I try login in services in Roon I get an error message bad username or password and when I open services there is a continuous wheel in Tidal area. Tried changing Tidal details etc still stuck!!

Hae you rebooted the roon server?

Hi @Tim_Lloyd,

Often times a reboot of the Core machine will resolve this type of issue. Can you give this a try and let us know if it helps?
