I want to thank @John_Aiello for his post a couple months ago. I had same issue:
Roon would not acknowledge that my Tidal account was logged in. Kept giving me an error message of “Login Failed” Over and over and over… So I followed John’s advice. I run a Roon Nucleus core. I unplugged the Nucleus and restarted it. Magically the problem has resolved and Tidal connection has been restored.
