Tidal login fails. It redirects to login.tidal.com, but ‘504 gateway timeout’ occurs. What can I do?

I suspect that there is a broader problem with Tidal at the moment. I can’t see my Tidal albums either. Let’s hope it will be solved quickly.

Can confirm nothing is playing via Tidal. Either file not found or too many errors on playback….

The issue might be related to a problem at Amazon Web Services.

Hello @Bart_Laureij & others,

Thank you for letting us know. I just checked on my end and TIDAL appears to be working as expected, I suspect the Amazon outage may be resolved. Can you please confirm if the issue is resolved on your end as well?

Hi @noris, all is well indeed. The AWS outage is over.

None of my title albums showing on roon Arc. Tidal app is working fine though.

What happens after a reboot of Roon Server? I had to do that to bring my Tidal albums back.

Yep just got home restarted the server and Tidal is back. Thank you
