Description of Issue
I get “tidal media loading slowly” at least 75% of the time, and it will not stop acting up. Ive had other minor issues but if this cant be resolved i have to give up roon as my system is basically unusable like this. I promise you my internet is strong and stable enough that it isnt the problem (i game on it hours on end with no hiccups, and have a ping monitor) and i have NO IDEA what to do.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having playback issue when streaming music from TIDAL. We’d be happy to help you get this fixed.
I have a couple questions for you:
Is happening on all your audio endpoints or only certain ones?
If you play to the system output of your Core does this still happen?
If you go in to Settings>Tidal>Streaming Quality and lower the quality does this still occur?
