Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· When I transfer my tidal streaming music to the Roon Server, my tidal music dose not appear my play list, and only appear the tidal recommended. songs as well as only py around 30 seconds and jump to the nest song.

You won’t get more than 30 seconds with a free / trial account of Tidal.

30 seconds are soundbites indicative of Roon not recognising your Tidal account.
Please ensure you are using the EXACT same credentials to log into Tidal inside of Roon as for your fully paid for Tidal subscription would be my first piece of advice to try.

@BlackJack has the mechanism right. Thirty seconds and then a skip is what happens when TIDAL authorizes an account for previews only rather than for full streaming, and that authorization comes from TIDAL, not from Roon. It also explains why only the TIDAL recommendations are showing and not your own playlists.

The subscription you are paying for and the account Roon is signed into may not be the same one. Please try this first:

  1. In Roon, go to Settings > Services > TIDAL and sign out
  2. Sign back in using the exact credentials for your paid subscription
  3. Play a track and check whether it runs past 30 seconds

Once full streaming is active, please check whether your playlists have appeared. If they have not, please let us know and we will pick it up from there.
