· Tidal My Daily Mix playlists do not update with the app. Pressing play on the square plays the correct tracklisting but opening the playlist shows an out of date playlist.
Roon server is running 2.60 (Build 1629) Production on Linux. Roon Remote is running 2.60 (Build 1629) Production on macOS Sequoia.
I have tried Sync library now, clicking the refresh button on the Tidal page, restarting Roon Server, restarting Roon Remote.

Roon server is hardwired into the router while the remote is connected wirelessly to the Satellite on a 5GHz network. Router, server, satellite, and remote are on the same subnet and VNet
Thank you for the detailed report and the screenshots.
I’ve reviewed your system logs, and they are currently flooding with “Error 530” messages. This indicates a temporary connectivity issue with our cloud infrastructure provider (Cloudflare), which is preventing your Roon Core from successfully fetching the updated metadata and playlist content from our servers.
This explains exactly why the visual list is “stuck” on an old version (cached data), even though the underlying stream link might still trigger the correct playback.
Please sit tight for a little while. Once the Cloudflare service stabilizes, Roon should automatically catch up and sync the correct track listings for your Daily Mixes.
Please give it some time, and if the issue persists after the cloud services are back to normal, let us know!
These cloud service issues should now be cleared up. Please reach out here if you’re still having issues with Roon ARC, Discovery, Daily Mixes, or streaming service content in Roon.
I’ve tried refreshing in the app and restarting the remote, but the only thing that resolves it is to restart the server which does not update the next day.
Thank you for following up and providing that screenshot. Since the issue persists and requires a hard server reboot to force the sync, we need to address the environment where your Roon Server is currently hosted.
We see that your server is running on a virtualized system. Please keep in mind that Roon does not officially support virtualized environments (such as Docker, Proxmox, or other VMs). These setups frequently handle internal networking, background timing tasks, and caching differently than bare-metal OS installations, which can directly interfere with scheduled tasks like daily Tidal syncs.
To help us isolate whether this is a core bug or an environmental quirk, could you please temporarily deploy Roon Server on a natively supported operating system (such as a standard Windows PC or Mac)? Let it run for a day or two and let us know if the Tidal mixes update successfully on their own.
Thank you for the report. While your symptoms look identical to Ethan’s, we kindly ask that you open a brand new support topic for your specific case.
There are two main reasons for this:
Early Access Build: You are running an EA build (2.62), so your report needs to be posted and tracked in the dedicated Early Access category, as the code base is different from production.
Unique Environments: Even when the end result (Mixes not updating) looks the same, the underlying root cause in the diagnostic logs is often completely different from user to user.
Please go ahead and create a new topic in the EA section with your full system details, and our team will be happy to take a closer look at your specific diagnostics!
