Tidal network error trying to log on

When I try to log on to my Tidal account within Roon I get a network issue:

I am connected to my network and I can log into Tidal account from a web page. Any ideas.

Hello @James_Doggett,

Can you try restarting your Nucleus as the first troubleshooting step? If that does not help, we have also seen users have a better TIDAL experience in the past if they change their DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Google DNS or Cloudflare DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?
