The "new albums" section of Tidal is no longer updating in Roon. The same albums have been in place since around Jan 2025. New tracks do not appear to be updating either.

There is no difference. The result is the same after logging out and logging in again. How many more weeks does the incompetent Roon support want to deal with this problem without solving it?
We’re sorry you’re upset, and we’re very sorry that this bug is affecting your Rune experience. At this stage, the issue with synchronization with Tidal is being looked into by the development team, unfortunately, support is very limited in its ability to help in this case. More relevant information, as I have already indicated, you can get in the following thread
Can confirm, logging in/out does not solve the issue. I can also confirm that when accessing my Tidal account directly, everything is working normally. This appears to be Roon-side only.
We’ve discussed this with our senior QA and development teams. The team is investigating some possibilities here and, as soon as that investigation is complete, we’ll be sure to follow up ASAP.

Your frustration is certainly warranted! It’s difficult not being able to access new releases with normal ease. I wanted to let you know before the weekend hits that our team has identified the issue, and so it won’t be long at all before the fix gets pushed to a Production update.
Hi there! I don’t see my custom playlists from Tidal being updated in Roon. Tried log out and in and latest versions are updated. Any ideas to what is wrong?
@vadim I just installed the latest update today (v2.52 build 1538). No apparent changes in New Albums for the electronic category in Tidal. Same thing with the dance category. All other categories appear to be current to June 6, 2025. I also logged out and back into Tidal and the issue persists.
