Is there some reason Tidal quit wanting to play with roon?
Try rebooting the roon server
Can you please try rebooting Roon as the first troubleshooting step? I would also verify that your login works as expected on the TIDAL web player (https://listen.tidal.com). If you are still having issues afterwards let me know.
