Tidal not connecting as a "Service"

@support I’m trying to connect tidal to my roon on the work computer but it’s not been able to for a few weeks now. I’ve never been able to connect it and always get “There was an unexpected error, please check your account details. (UnexpectedError)”

My login details are correct.
The work network is pretty restrictive but i’m able to login on chrome and play from there.

Any thoughts?

My apologies for a slow response here. Few questions to diagnose the issue:

  • Do you have active firewall/antivirus ?
  • Have you tried to reboot the machine / restart Roon ?
  • Are you able to login TIDAL via TIDAL own app or their website on that machine?
