Description Of Issue

Tidal albums and songs are not uploaded in Roon. I’ve restarted the server several times to no success. I used to experience same issue under Windows Server 2012, and since it could not be solved, I decided to reformat my system and start with a fresh installation of Windows 10 PRO optimized with Audiophile Otpimizer v 3.0. I thought that a more recent OS could solve any issues. However, everything worked fine for a day, then I switched off the server. I restarted it today, and Tidal songs and albums cannot be uploaded anymore. There are no error messages. I restarted several times to no success. I would like to share the log file to the support group and understand what is going on. Since release of v 1.6, using Roon has become increasingly difficult for me and every attempt to have a stable installation has been unsuccessful. I’m wondering if there is an option to go back to an older stable version, for instance 1.3? If not, how to fix this? I’ve bought a lifetime subscription, and I would not want to quit Roon unless I’m obliged to by the system being unstable.

So we can better assist you, please describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Can you elaborate a bit on this? What exactly is happening when you try to play back TIDAL content? Just to confirm, local content is playing okay?

My network infrastructure consists of the modem/router provided by the local Belgian Internet provider (Proximus Bbox 3) - which cannot be bypassed by an external router - connected via an Ethernet cable to my server running Roon. The DAC (Naim V1) is connected to the server via USB.

What happens is that locally SSD stored music plays, anything requiring a connection to Tidal does not play. If I run a search, only local content is shown.

We made a number of changes to our TIDAL login procedure last week — Can you try updating and let us know if there is any change?
