Tidal will only allow low quality. Even going to the settings>services>quality - low is the only choice in the drop down menu. I have full subscription to Tidal. I have verified settings and logged in and out several times. Further, Tidal only plays about 30 seconds before skipping to the next track or dropping out. I am using an Ethernet connection to my core. Local files and radio work fine. I am a new user and have a full Roon subscription but am extremely frustrated and am about to cancel
It’s acting like you do not have a paid subscription to Tidal. Make sure you do and that’s what you are connecting to in Roon. It’s a Tidal issue, not Roon.

Have you recently switched from a free Tidal trial to paid?
If so, sometimes it takes a few hours for Tidal’s account management system to propagate the change. Once that happens should be well. If you still have the issue in 24 hours, drop another update here for Roon’s support team when they return on Monday.

To avoid doubt, can you confirm this was for the Tidal account in Roon’s Settings?
