· Tidal problems after migration from PC to Rock.
Probleme mit Tidal nach migration von PC auf Rock. After migrating from PC to Rock, I can't adjust the quality in Tidal.
Lediglich 96khz are possible! Tidal playback stops after a short time or doesn't start at all! The message reads "To many error - playback will be interrupted".
In my Tidal, the resolution is set to maximum everywhere!
I logged out of Tidal under Rock and then logged back in.
In meinem Tidalaccount steht die Auflösung überall auf max!
Ich habe Tidal unter Rock Ab- und wieder Angemeldet. Roon-Rock is freshly installed and up-to-date, it was installed on an ASUS-Nuc 12 (i7, 16gb ram, fresh BIOS update).
Tidal software is also freshly installed and up to date.
My library plays back excellently on Rock, great sound with an expanded soundstage!
My Onkyo PR-RZ5100 is supplied with music via Roopieee and Allo digione.
The Roon-Tidal combination works perfectly on my (Windows) PC!
How do I get Tidal to run smoothly and with maximum streaming quality on my Rock
Thank you in advance!!!

Hello @Alois_Ruhland ,

Thanks for reaching out. According to our diagnostics, it looks like you are using a TIDAL intro/free account. Can you please validate your TIDAL subscription type in
https://tidal.com/settings/account
or
https://account.tidal.com
? The TIDAL account associated with the PC Server appears to be different than the one associated with the ROCK. Let us know if that helps!
