TIDAL playback failing [Resolved with DNS change]

I have this problem intermittently, but I’m getting really frustrated after several days of it – especially when I just bought new NSMT Jamaica 50 speakers. I tried clearing the cache and that did nothing. Trying Google DNS only cut off my network connection. Please help.

It looks like I may have solved the problem by using Quad9 DNS. As I mentioned before, the problem was intermittent, so it may be back. Fingers crossed it won.
