Tidal Playback Issue on RoseHiFi 150B Post Network and Firmware Update (ref#88TRHL)

Logged on the usual way this morning. Same issue happening. I will let it run for a while and then try using the USB connection. Bought the Rose May 2023 and always used it this way without any issues until my internet provider went down 2 months ago. Once I returned the internet service to normal function this has been the issue. Other devices (TV) work perfectly fine

Hi Benjamin, I have the same issue of the past 4-5 weeks. I went to my HiFi store in Dubai today. They have 2 stores, each with a few listening rooms. They mentioned they have had the excact same problem for the past month, since the last firmware update. They now use something different in the store. When I got home, I tried using Tidal directly without doing it through Roon. Been playing music non stop for around 11 hours without any issues. Switch to Roon and I have the same problem again, dropping the signal all the time.

Thanks for the update and additional information! Did you also test out playback via your system output, not the Rose?

We’ve also released an update in the latest production build that may help you with your audio devices issues - please update to the latest version of Roon and Roon Server and let me know how things perform.
