I have a different set up, but exactly the same problem. Same error message. My core is a Mac Mini. Plays through a Bluesound Node 2i

Do you see any error messages when this behavior occurs?
If you try playing to any other zones, do those work as expected?

I just get the This track is not available on Tidal message.
If I play through either the Tidal app or the BlueOS app I have no problems playing the tracks.
I realise now that Roon isn’t playing ANY Tidal tracks, only my locally stored music!
Can you please try to log out and back in to TIDAL under
Roon Settings -> Services? Does re-logging in change anything?
Yes! That did it. Thanks. Plays everything now.
