Thanks for contacting support, I’d be happy to take a look over this issue with you. Can you please confirm in Roon that the playlist has a TIDAL sign next to it (in between the playlist length and the 3-dot drop down menu)?
Can you try temporarily disabling and then re-enabling TIDAL in Roon Settings -> Services -> Edit button next to TIDAL -> Disable -> Re-Enable to see if that has any effect? Please let me know when possible.
