Tidal Playlist Showing as Empty in Roon (ref#E0W6LW)

What’s happening?

· My library isn’t working correctly (local/streaming, importing, or storage access)

Describe the issue

One of my Tidal playlists shows as being empty when I’m in Roon but shows over 500 tracks in Tidal. This is something new as the playlist was complete in Roon previously.

Describe your network setup

I’m on Google Fiber but using Ubiquiti rooter and WiFi boosters. The Mark Levinson 519 is hardwired.

Thank you for reaching Roon support.

We can start troubleshooting by clearing the cache for the streaming services.

  • Stop Roon Server from running in the Web UI
  • Find and open your RoonServer database
  • Navigate to RoonServer/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon Server via the WebUI and verify if the issue still occurs

We haven’t yet seen a response to the post above. Are you still experiencing issues with this playlist after cleaing the Tidal cache in your database per @vadim’s instructions above?

Please also sign out and back into your Tidal account under Roon Settings → Services → Tidal.
