Tidal playlist sync in Roon does not work

Description of Issue

Hi,

After logging in, Roon imported playlists correctly.
Playlist changes are not visible in Roon. New playlists are also not visible.
How long does it usually take?

The refresh option in Roon does not work.
The status in the Tidal settings is the same all the time: the library is synchronized.

Logging out of Tidal and logging back in didn’t help.
Clearing the cache of the device did not help.
Restarting Roon Server Software did not help.

I have read a few similar topics, the recommended instructions are not effective.

Hey @Marcin_M,

If I understand correctly, TIDAL playlists are not reflected in Roon at all. Is this the issue you ran into?

If so, could you please navigate to Settings → Services → TIDAL and click on Force Sync. Does it help?

Thank you for your answer.
After another analysis of my network settings, I found the culprit.
This is my local DNS server. I have now changed the settings to DNS 8.8.8.8 directly, bypassing the local DNS server.
Roon updates playlists and albums correctly.
