TIDAL PLAYLIST Sync

when I see my TIDAL playlist using Roon…these are not aligned with the TIDAL one.
also after days…update done on Tidal are not reflected on Roon View…

any Help or suggestion ?

On Services, synching tidal library will update your playlist.

many thanks…but are days…weeks that I see this picture and Playlist are not Synchronized…

do you have ideas why ? any other suggestions ?

Hey @Rzzmrz – can you try this:

  1. Close Roon
  2. Open Finder and click Go in the top bar
  3. Hold down the Alt key to unhide the Library folder
  4. Click the Library folder
  5. Find and open the Roon folder
  6. Navigate to /Library/Roon/Cache
  7. Move the contents of that folder elsewhere, like a RoonCache folder on the desktop
  8. Try restarting Roon and syncing Tidal

Let me know how that goes – if it fixes the issue, it might be helpful for us to get a look at that RoonCache folder, and if things are the same, we can take another look.

Hi Mike, I did what you suggested just few minutes ago…at the first view the playlist are still not aligned…do I have to wait to allow the synchronization ? how long ?

Hey @Rzzmrz – sorry for the slow response here. Can you confirm:

  • Whether these are playlists you’ve created
  • What country your Tidal account is from
  • Whether you can identify any of the songs missing from your playlists in Roon
  • Whether you can find these songs in Roon by searching, and whether they can be played

For the last two questions, assuming you can identify the missing tracks, can you provide some links to the content on Tidal’s website, so we can try to reproduce in house?

  2. I live in Italy
    3 and 4…i cannot identify easily the song missing…maybe you can find these playlist searching in Tidal…as example precise name is : 2015 Pitchfork 8 plus…this one in tidal is 2469 tracks and on roon is 991 tracks
