Roon optimized croe kit running on intel nuc connected to a unify 24 poe switch with unify gateway max as router. Players are bluesound node icon ethernet connected + 2 bleusound speakers connected via wifi (unify Aps)

Tidal Playlisten werden immer noch nicht mit Roon synchronisiert. Mix 2025 in Tidal 129 Tracks. Wenn ich den gleichen Mix 2025 in Roon aufrufe dann werden nur 110 Tracks angezeigt. Ich hatte das gleiche Problem schon einmal gemeldet.

Translation:

Tidal playlists are still not syncing with Roon. Mix 2025 in Tidal 129 Tracks. If I call the same mix 2025 in Roon then only 110 tracks are displayed. I had reported the same problem before.

Your information in the other thread where you reported this was added to the development ticket and this is still under investigation. (Translation: Ihre Informationen in dem anderen Thread wurden dem Entwicklungsticket hinzugefügt und dies wird noch untersucht:)

I have a Tidal family account. I use my main account on my devices and a secondary account for Roon at home. A number of my Tidal playlists are shared with the secondary account and typically they will show up in Roon. However right now, only a few of the Tidal playlists are showing up in Roon. Even if I click on the Tidal icon it also only shows a few playlists. However, if sign into the secondary Tidal account on my phone, all the shared playlists are visible. Additionally, if I sign into my main Tidal account in Roon, all the playlists show up. When I do this, there is a little blue dot that shows up on the hamburger menu icon in Roon. But if I switch back to the secondary Tidal account in Roon that is not there (unsure of the significance). Finally, I have hit the Sync Library button repeatedly with no change. I've stopped and started Roon on my Synology NAS a few times and even rebooted the NAS and that does not seem to make a difference. I really hope you guys have figured out why this is happening bc I know other folks have complained about it as well.

Wired gigabit network + Asus Mesh system for wireless devices. 1GB fiber. All Roon endpoints and NAS are hard wired.

Same problem here. It seems to be a radicalization of this previously reported problem.

Wann passiert hier endlich etwas, die Abstimmung mit TIDAL funktioniert nach Wochen immer noch nicht. Solch einen miserablen Service wie bei Roon erlebt man selten.

Any updates on this? it’s been a month since I can’t organize my Tidal playlists
