Tidal playlists won't update in Roon

Version: Roon 1.5 (build 334) stable (64 bit).
OS: Windows 7 pro 64 bit
PC: Lenovo D30 workstation

I’m having trouble syncing Tidal playlists in Roon. It’s been a few days since I added tracks to an existing playlist from Tidal’s own app but the changes won’t reflect in Roon.
I tried signing out and back in, as well as syncing Tidal, to no avail.

This is frustrating…

May I kindly ask you to please try the following and confirm if this action yields a change in behavior with your TIDAL playlists. Please see below.

  • Try clearing your TIDAL cache:
    1. Shutdown your Roon Core
    2. Find and open your Roon database
    3. Navigate to /Library/Roon/Cache
    4. Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
    5. Try restarting Roon and syncing Tidal
