Since downloading the last two versions of Roon, I have experienced relevant problems with loading TIDAL (repeatedly appears the warning “loading slowly check connectivity problems”) so that each song plays only few seconds, than spontaneously jump to the subsequent. I put beforehand that I have fiber (FTTH) connection at more than 1 GB. On the other hand, when I use TIDAL through other apps is working perfectly
Moved to #support from #live-radio because this is not a live radio topic.
The issue you describe is nearly always a network problem. It would help if you could describe your audio and network setup in detail.
“loading slowly” is nearly always a LAN or DNS problem, not an internet bandwidth problem.
Hey @francesco_saverio_pa, to receive appropriate help, it would be really helpful if you could complete the template provided below.
You can copy and paste it in your reply.
Please be sure to include details of your core, network, storage location of your media files, and any messages displayed by Roon.

Thank You for the support. I strongly believe that the 2 last update of Roon had in some way brought some instability in the system. On the other hand with the same network Netflix, Amazon, Sky, all in UHD work smoothly
Thank You for the reply. I have the same network, Netflix UHD and Dolby Atmos and Amazon UHD work perfectly well, no change at all except the new Roon software. Tidal alone and Bridge with the App McControl also work smoothly.
Considering what also Mr Smalle wrote, my suspect gets stronger
Streaming Qobuz via my Kef LS50Ws using the kef app always resulted in dropouts and pauses, even just 16/44.1.
With Qobuz via Roon I have not had a drop out at all, even 24/192.
I’ve given up trying to understand it.
To get started @Carl is correct, we’ll need a much more detailed breakdown of your complete network setup as I don’t see any relevant information on this yet.
How is your core connected to your router? Make sure to bypass any network gear/switches during troubleshooting.
If you can please reproduce the specific issue and take note of the date, time, and track name, that would be helpful.
Thanks!
Thank you for the suggestions, since I have fiber optic with no less than 1 Gb it was unthinkable TIDAL loading slow. But surprisingly WiFi is very bad, so I connected the core (Macbook) with ethernet and the problem disappeared.
Thank You again to everybody was trying to help
