Same problem here in Sweden. Running build 528 on iMac as core and Macbook Pro and iPhone X as Remotes. Tidal Service is idling all the time. If I Edit and logout and then login again it works all right. Every time I try to start Roon from Macbook/iPhone the same thing happens. It has been like this for several weeks now.
Looking forward for any advice on how to fix this.

Can you please provide some more information regarding your network setup? What is the model/manufacturer of your networking gear?
How often do you see this behavior occur, once a week? Once a day? Are you presented with any error messages in Roon when this behavior occurs?
If you try the following procedure, does this help?
- Log out of TIDAL in Roon
- Perform a full reboot of your Core
- Log back into TIDAL in Roon
Well, of course everything is working now. I’ll come back to you if it comes back tomorrow. I did one thing: I shut down the Sooloos app in my NAS. Maybe that helped…
