Exact same issue
ARC displays Problem communicating with tidal. Local Roon files stream perfectly fine in ARC.
The core can stream the exact same TIdal file perfectly…
all in ARC is green and connected
ARC no longer able to playback from Tidal tracks.
It happened today. I also checked Roon app, it can playback Tidal tracks. I tried to restart Nucleus and login out ARC and login again and still not able playback Tidal tracks. Those tracks in my harddrive play without issues.
I’m having the same issues this morning.
I went ahead and put a new tech request in. Hopefully ROON will pick up on all the chatter as more user post here with the same issue.
Same issue here, started mid day yesterday. Was driving and worked fine, and then suddenly stopped working late afternoon CEST.
Any ETA on the fix?

Hi Vadim, the issue is specifically related to Roon ARC. I am able to play Tidal songs directly in Roon.

Same issue here. Roon Arc with Tidal error. Roon core and local clients working fine
Tidal on Roon ARC only, same issue here. Tidal via Roon endpoint works fine
Same problem here. I rebooted and reinstalled everything I could think of. Do we have an ETA for a fix?
