Same to me, Only on Roon ARC
Confirming Arc still does not play Tidal but will play local library files.
Roon appears to be unaffected and is playing Tidal as usual.
Hi everyone,

Describe the issue
Tidal connection problem during RoonArc regeneration
The computer I’m using as a roon server plays well, and when I access the Tidal on my phone, it plays well, but only when I play it on the roonarc, it says that there is a communication problem with the Tidal, and it doesn’t play.
As a measure I have tried, I keep having problems even with re-logging roon server Tidal and reinstalling the roonarc application on my phone.
I can’t even pay for it because of this.
How are you going to compensate for this?
Describe your network setup
I'm using the lg internet, and I've been using the port forwarding of Runarc well because it's set up well.
Even now, I can't play only Tidal music.
hopefully a fix comes soon
The same issues for about two days. My Roon main app works fine. Only ARC has the problem. Hope they fix that soon.
Hi, it is only on Roon Arc. (Both home wifi and cellular have problems with tidal)
Everything in roon works fine.
Tidal app works fine.
Thanks,
Anders
I can use Roon OK but Tidal keeps logging out every couple of minutes. The issue appears to just be with Tidal
It seems to be working now🤔 I’m currently able to stream Tidal songs in ARC
Yay. You guys fixed it!!! Tested and working fine for me now after maybe 24 hours of it not working. Would be interesting to know what the problem was or at least a guarantee that the issue is resolved for good.
I confirm. Works well for me. Could you write some information after investigation was end?
Regards
Bruno

Hello,
We’d like to share an update regarding the recent playback issues with Tidal.
Tidal made a change to their service that temporarily disrupted connectivity with our platform. This has since been resolved on their end after our report, and playback is now working as expected.
Our team is also reviewing some internal processes to help prevent similar issues in the future.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding.
