Tidal songs taking long to load and stop playing on Roon Server for NUC PC (ref#9XD0HO)

Roon server for nuc pc. Tidal songs take a long time to load and then stop playing quickly. qobuz works without any problems. Ethernet network operational. tidal I relogged. what else can I do?

Can you please check Roon Settings → Services → TIDAL → Streaming quality and check to see if you can set it to the highest available option there?

I am not sure I understand your previous message did setting the quality to Max solve the issue?

Hello, another one with the same error, only with Tidal, with Qobuz it works fine, and it was as a result of the last update, I have not made any hardware or configuration changes. It indicates that Tidal is running slower than normal, poor connection or something and it stops or takes a while to load. Greetings.

I got better after the following procedure:
log out tidal, reset roon server, log in tidal, reset roon server
For now, it works as before
