This sounds like an inadvertent DSP stage has been applied.

Can you please share a screenshot of the Signal Path within Roon when you’re experiencing this symptom?

What is the name of a track that was playing from Tidal that exhibited this problem? We’ll use that to pinpoint the event in logs.

Just checking in on this. Are you able to send us a screenshot of the Signal Path while the issue is happening, and the name of a Tidal track that showed the problem? That would let us confirm whether an unintended DSP stage is being applied and match the playback event in the logs, so we can keep digging. I would also suggest making sure you have the highest streaming option selected in Roon Settings → Services → TIDAL. Please reply with those details if you can.
